Salt Boatworks, Inc. (“Salt Boatworks”) shall not be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the Products or other materials or information described and/or contained on this site. Salt Boatworks assumes no responsibility for any user’s use of the Products. In no event shall Salt Boatworks be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to: procurement or substitute goods for services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of your use of the Products or materials and information on this site, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. The purchase of any jig or plan kit entitles to the purchaser to build one (1) hull for personal recreational use only. All intellectual property and information contained in any plan or jig kit remains the sole property of Salt Boatworks and may not be transferred, sold, duplicated, reverse engineered, divulged or used for any other purpose without prior written permission.
SALT BOATWORKS CAN NOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, PERFORMANCE, CHARACTERISTICS OR FITNESS OF ANY BOAT YOU MIGHT BUILD AND THE USE OF ANY BOAT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION. SALT BOATWORKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF ANY BOAT. YOU AGREE NOT TO HOLD SALT BOATWORKS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITIES ARISING FROM THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE OR USE OF ANY BOATS. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SALT BOATWORKS FROM ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, LOSS AND CLAIMS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR OTHER MATERIALS OR INFORMATION DESCRIBED AND OR CONTAINED ON THIS SITE. YOU HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE SALT BOATWORKS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND/OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR THE MATERIALS OR INFORMATION ON THIS SITE.
